வீழ்ந்த மனித மனம் ஒரு ஆழமற்ற பாதாள இருட்டறை!

ஒரு பெண்ணோடு தோன்றும் மோகம் அது வீரம் என்றான்- தமிழன்
செழிப்பான இப்பூலோக வாழ்கை அதுவே பாக்கியம் என்றான்
பேரோடும் புகழோடும் வாழ நிமிடம் தோறும் அவன் போடும் பகல் வேஷம்
பொய்யெல்லாம் மெய் என்றே வாழ்வு கொண்டான்!

கிடைக்காத வரம் ஒன்றை வேண்டி வேண்டியே களைத்து போனான்
திறக்காத கதவு ஒன்றை தட்டி தட்டியே மடிந்து போனான்
கையேடு சிக்காத மாயை ஒன்றை துரத்தி துரத்தியே
வாழ்வென்றால் அர்த்தம் எதுவென்று தெரியாமலே தொலைந்து  போனான்!

வீழ்ந்த மனித மனம் ஒரு ஆழமற்ற பாதாள இருட்டறை
மெய் ஒளி எதுவென்று அறியாத வரை
எங்கெங்கோ வெளிச்சம் தேடி ஒளி அறியாமேலே  
தீ என்று அறியாது வெளிச்சம் தேடி மடிந்திடும் விட்டில் பூச்சி போல் அழிந்தே போகும்!

உன் அன்பின் இரகசியம் உணர்ந்து வியக்கிறேன்!

முதலும் முடிவும் இல்லாத உயிரின் தோற்றமாய்
என் உள்ளே முதல் உயிர் துடிப்பாய் தோன்றி
என் இதயம் முழுவதும் வியாபித்து நின்றாய்!
விதையினை உடைத்து  முளைத்திடும் ஒரு விருட்சம் போல்
உள்ளத்தினை உடைத்து நித்திய ஜீவனாய் என் உள்ளம் நிறைந்தாய்! நிலையில்லாத இந்த வாழ்க்கையைய் வலியினில் ஊடாய் எடுத்து சென்று
நித்தம் அழகான உன் சாயலில் மாறிடச்செய்தாய்!
அழுதிடும் தன் குழந்தையின் கண்ணீரைத்துடைத்திடும் தாயினை போல்
காயப்பட்ட கரத்தில் தாயினும் மேலான ஆறுதலை கண்டடைய செய்தாய்!
தினம் கண்மணி போல் காப்பதால் ஏனோ?
ஆன்மா முழுவதையும் கண்ணீரிலே சுத்தம் செய்தாய்!
வாழ்கை பாதையில் தீயையும் தண்ணீரையும் கடக்க செய்து
செழிப்பான இடத்தில் கொண்டு வந்து விட்டாய்!
இந்த மாய வாழ்கையில் நீ நடத்தும் விதம் கண்டு
இன்று உன் அன்பின் இரகசியம் உணர்ந்து வியக்கிறேன்!

அழகிய உன் சாயலில்!

தந்தையின் அன்பின் கண்டிப்பிலும்

தாயின் அன்பின் கனிவிலும்

மேலான ஓர் அன்பினால் இதயம் குடி கொண்டாய்

நீங்காத கரையாய் நின்ற பாவத்தை

கன பொழுது குருதியால் கழுவியே சொந்தம் ஆனாய்

மழையில் நனைந்திடும் மழலை போல்

உள்ளம் எங்கும் ஆனந்தம் கொள்ள செய்தாய்

வலியின் ஊடாய் மாற்றம் கண்டு

சிறகடித்து பறக்கும் வண்ணத்து பூச்சி போல்

துன்பத்தின் ஊடாய் மாற்றம் கொண்டே

அழகிய உன் சாயலில் வனைந்து கொண்டாய்!

கண்ணீரில் கானல் நீராய் தெரியும் இவ்வுலகில் 

பரதேசி போல் புரியாத புதிராய் கடந்து செல்ல பாதை வகுத்தாய்

இனி தாயின் மார்பில் துயிலும் சிறு குழந்தை போல்

உன் பிரசன்னத்தில் என்றுயென்றும் இளைப்பாறிடமே  என் ஆன்மா!

You have transformed me into Christ's Image!

In the strictness of Father's love

And in the tenderness of Mother's love

You have filled my heart with a Greater Love!

The sin that never faded away

Was washed away in a moment in Your blood

Which changed my life as Yours!

Like a small insect that battles to transform into a butterfly

Throughout these trials, my soul battles to transform into Your Image!

Now, like a little child rejoices, my heart leaps in joy! 

Through pain and sorrow, I am dying to this evil world 

In tears, this world looks like a mirage 

Like a little child sleeps in a mother's bosom

My soul rests in Your presence in this World!

Jesus, You’re in my heart like a thousand relationships!

 Even when I’m living alone in this world

Jesus, You’re in my heart like a thousand relationships

Now through Your eyes, I’m seeing this world

 In Heavenly view this world is fading behind me! 

 

When darkness surrounds my life’s path

Like an eternal beacon, You gave the light into my soul

To fix my eyes upon You

Now my soul leans on You alone for everything in this life!

 

When life’s troubles break my heart

Like a Mother comforts her child

Your loving kindness floods my heart

Now my soul sleeps in Your lap like a little child!

 

When the tempter tries to deceive my naïve heart

Like a mighty Father, You gave me strength and wisdom

To defeat this world’s terrible enemy

Now my soul lives with You in Heavenly places!
